Anxiety Mini-Guide and Practice Journal

Anxiety Mini-Guide and Practice Journal

a little bit about how I can help you.

I use my 25+ year counseling and teaching experience to assess what interventions are going to make the most difference in your anxiety in the shortest amount of time. My training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and breath work will guide our plan of action. I have found the combination of these to be extremely successful in helping people overcome anxiety and in experiencing mental well-being, often for the first time in a long time! Not to mention that I can personally vouch for them! In addition to those approaches, I’ll see how current research and understanding of what we know from neuroscience, positive psychology, and functional nutrition and the practice of self-compassion can help you.

Throughout the years, I've worked with children, adolescents, adults and families, This diversity of experience has led me to a deeper understanding of the way we react and respond to life's challenges. This has led to experience and success with a wide variety of strategies to overcome anxiety, create mental wellness, improve relationships and develop personal confidence which I use to help you in your unique and personal experience.
