I use my 25+ year counseling and teaching experience to assess what interventions are going to make the most difference in your anxiety in the shortest amount of time. My training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) and breath work will guide our plan of action. I have found the combination of these to be extremely successful in helping people overcome anxiety and in experiencing mental well-being, often for the first time in a long time! Not to mention that I can personally vouch for them! In addition to those approaches, I’ll see how current research and understanding of what we know from neuroscience, positive psychology, and functional nutrition and the practice of self-compassion can help you.
