5 Things I No Longer Believe about Anxiety

  1. It is just who I am.

  2. There’s something wrong with me.

  3. Feeling better requires me to remember every time in my life I have felt like crap.

  4. Talking to a trained professional won’t help.

  5. I’ll never feel better.

 

 

Takeaway #1: The opposite of all of the above is true. Across the board.
